Tea Party Portraits recommends half payment on the day of the shoot, and the balance when you collect your images.

If your shoot or folio viewing has been organised more than two weeks prior, please call the day before to confirm. The images will be ready for viewing about a week later.

On the day of selecting your photos, you'll be able to choose from a variety taken. If there are others you wish to have, they can be purchased at a discounted rate, on that day only. Unfortunately, images cannot be taken away without full payment.

Weather
TPP's policy is to leave decisions about the weather as late as possible, since the meteorologists are not always spot-on.

Ros will ring you about two hours before the shoot if the time / day / location has to change.

If you're unsure or will be out at that time, please call. High cloud / overcast conditions are still great for photography!

Illness
If your child is unwell, please ring a.s.ap. to change your booking. Where possible, 24 hours' notice should be given if the shoot needs to be reschduled.

One or two changes to booking due to weather or illness will not incur any extra fee. A third change will incur an additional cost of $30, which can be redeemable for enlargements. There is also an unconditional no-show fee of $30.
